The draw has been announced by CAF on Sunday, with former African champions Egypt and Tunisia clashing in Group G.
A fourth nation will join the crunch group, with Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and South Sudan vying for the spot.
Group winners and runner-up of each group plus the third-best team will join hosts Morocco for the final tournament.
Matches will take place between 5 September to 19 November 2014.
Other groups include a tough confrontation between Ivory Coast and Cameroon in Group D, plus DR Congo.
Nigeria, South Africa and Sudan compete in Group A, while Group B comprises Mali, Algeria and Ethiopia.
Burina Faso, Angola and Gabon play in Group C, with Ghana, Togo and Guinea in Group E, while Zambia, Cape Verde and Niger occupy Group F.
All groups will include one more nation to be determined by the start of June.
