The defending champions have confirmed that next Sunday's second-leg fixture will take place at Harras Hodoud's home ground, one day after announcing it has been moved from Cairo.
Cairo Stadium, Ahli's home ground, was supposed to host the match only for authorities to impose an indefinite ban on all continental matches in the capital city.
The decision came in the wake of clashes between security forces and ultras fans in recent matches involving Ahli and Zamalek.
Meanwhile, Ahli striker Emad Meteb failed to make the team's provisional squad after recovering from a hamstring injury.
The Reds, who are out for a third straight title, trail 1-0 from the first leg against the Tanzanian minnows.
