After choosing six foreign-based players, Egypt coach Shawki Gharib announced a full list of 22 on Wednesday, with Al-Hadari the major significance.
The 41-year-old has been out of favor for Gharib's predecessor Bob Bradley, which saw him play no part in any game during 2013.
Six uncapped players earned their first cal-up in Shawki Al-Saied and Ibrahim Hassan (Ismaili), Khaled Kamar (Police Union), Mohamed Farouk (Arab Contractors), Mohamed Ragab (Petrojet) and Amr Gamal (Ahli).
Surprisingly, Gharib opted not to choose a single player from Zamalek.
