German coach Theo Bucker described himself as an Ismaili employee who is fully committed to whatever the board of directors decides.

Bucker pledged in a press conference on Sunday to follow the club policies and to keep all the team players despite many of them failed to impress.

"Although I don't need this huge number (of 37 players) in the team, I won't release any of them because I am just an employee in the club," he said.

"The normal squad should include around 27 players but the administration has the full authority to sign or release players."

Ismaili re-signed Bucker as head coach in December till the end of the season for a monthly salary of $9.000.

However, the former Zamalek and Ittihad manager stressed that any new signings should go for a trial period first, naming Khaled Ali 'Bibo' as an example.

"I met Bibo and told him that he should go for trial because I don't prefer signing players because of their resumes," he said.

Former Ismaili, Ahli and Masri striker Bibo has been linked with Ismaili and Enppi before traveling to Bahrain to sign for Al-Rifaa

The Gulf move was blocked as the international forward refused to go on trial before signing the deal and returned to Egypt, reopening talks with talks with Bucker's side.
