The second day of African Cup of Nations action is packed with enticing matches that will see Ivory Coast face Morocco, Angola take on Cameroon and Togo playing DR Congo.

The Cairo International Stadium will host the first match between tournament favorites Ivory Coast and Morocco in the conclusion of Group A action that kicked-off on Friday.

Hosts Egypt got their African campaign to a sparkling start with a 3-0 drubbing of Libya in the opening match

Morocco have an arsenal of spectacular players like skipper Noureddine Naybet and prolific striker Marouane Chamakh while Ivory Coast are armed with Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.

However, the Elephants will be without influential striker Aruna Dindane who left Egypt to attend his daughter’s funeral.

Ivory Coast have another advantage over their North African opponents, which is coach Henri Michel who previously managed the Atlas Lions.

Later on Saturday, World Cup debutants Angola will face the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the Military Academy Stadium.

The Group B match is virtually in favor of Cameroon, unless the Angolan side have something up their sleeve.

The final match-up of the day will be between DR Congo and Togo who are both powered by English-based strikers.

Portsmouth ace Lomana LuaLua of Congo is determined to make up for his country’s disappointing performance in the last African Cup.

Meanwhile Togo forward Emmanuel Adebayor, who just completed a move to London powerhouse Arsenal, will be looking to help his country reach the knockout stages for the first time in history.
