CAF president Issa Hayatou will present Ahli with the Club of the Year award and Barakat with the Inter-clubs Player of the Year award during half-time of their Super Cup final against Royal Armed Forces of Morocco in Cairo on Friday.
The CAF awards were presented in a ceremony in Nigerian capital Abuja last week but no representative from Ahli was available to receive them.
Ahli grabbed the African Champions League title after beating Etoile Sahel of Tunisia 3-0 on aggregate.
The Cairo powerhouse also enjoyed an impressive 55-match unbeaten run that lasted 17 months.
Meanwhile, midfielder Mohamed Shawki was ruled out of Friday's clash after sustaining a groin injury in Ahli's local league match against Koroum.
The Egypt international joins Ahli's long list of injured players that includes Akwetey Mensah, Amr Fathi "Samaka", Wael Gomaa and Gilberto.
On the other hand, Rami Adel, Wael Reyad "Cheetos" and Ahmed Hassan will return to training on Tuesday after recovering from their injuries, while winger Mohamed Abdul-Wahab's participation remains doubtful.
