International British bank, Barclay’s, announced that the Premiership cup will arrive in Cairo on March 12th where it will be displayed for two days.

The cup will be displayed in the Bank’s branches in Mohandessin and Nassr City on March 12th before moving to the BBC school on March 13th, Barclay’s PR head Amina Al-Noseiri announced in a press release on Tuesday.

Al-Noseiri also insisted that the cup wasn’t only an English football icon, and that it was more of an international football icon given the fact that the Premiership remains one of the oldest competitions on the global level.

The cup’s presence in Egypt will be a chance for die-hard Egyptian football fans to see and take pictures of one of the most celebrated cup in football history.
