Lokomotiv Moscow, who Egyptian striker Amr Zaki plays for, lost 1-0 to Kryliya Sovetov in their Russian League opener.

The capital-based side conceded the opener as early as the third minute and failed to equalize despite their intensive tries through out Sunday's game.

Zaki didn't take part in the game and he wasn't even among the substitutes while Malian striker Abdul-Rahman Traore, who played once for Ismaili, was fielded in the second period.

Last season runners-up Lokomotiv will take on Energiya in the second round of the tournament.
