Wehdat striker Mahmoud Shelbayah’s goal in the 79th minute wasn't enough to see his side qualify to the competition finals.
Enppi, who enjoy their first participation in the Arab competition, advanced on a 2-1 aggregate win and will most probably face Moroccan club Raja Casablanca.
Shelbayah scored Wehdat’s only goal 11 minutes from time after connecting with a Raafat Ali long-pass and heading it straight into the Enppi net, leaving goalkeeper Mostafa Kamal licking his wounds.
Enppi's Mohamed Sabet and Ayman Saied were handed yellow cards.
Enppi hold third place in the Egyptian league standings with a tally of 40 points, behind second-placed Zamalek and leaders Ahli.
