Taider, 22, is qualified to the Tunisian citizenship through his parents but FIFA ruled that Taider was ineligible for nationality change because he is over the 21-year-old limit.
FTF chairman Hammouda Ben Ammar told FilGoal.com on Monday that the Tunisian football governing body will appeal the decision.
Tunisia play in Group H of the World Cup alongside Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Spain.
