Soufiane Alloudi put the guests in front as early as the 11th minute.
Magdi Abdul-Atti put Enppi at level from the penalty spot 10 minutes after re-start after Osama Hassan was brought down in the Raja area.
Abdul-Atti's goal put him atop the ACL's scorers list with 6 goals alongside Khalaf Al-Muttairi of Qadsia.
Rachid Soulaimani dealt the final blow for Enppi when he capped a brilliant solo effort by rounding Enppi defender Amr Abdou and slotting him past keeper Mostafa Kamal in the 68th minute.
The result moved Raja closer to their first ACL title as they return to Morocco with a precious win that could help them in the second-leg.
The final game will take place in Casablanca on May 6th and Enppi will need to win by at least two goals if they wish to clinch their first regional title.
