Paqueta names Saudi squad for World Cup

Saudi Arabia coach Marcos Paqueta named Saudi Arabia's squad for the 2006 FIFA World Cup finals in Germany.

Saudi Arabia coach Marcos Paqueta named Saudi Arabia's squad for the 2006 FIFA World Cup finals in Germany.

The Brazilian made no dramatic changes to his squad ahead of the tournament that kicks-off on June 9th.

Ittihad Jeddah's Osama Al-Muwalad was the only absentee through an injury he picked up during the team's camp in Holland.

The Saudis will play their first match against Arab compatriots Tunisia on June 14th in their Group H that also includes Spain and Ukraine.
