Ahmed Abdel-Zaher, Hani Abdullah and Magdi Abdel-Atti scored for Enppi in the first, 104th and 118th minutes, respectively, while Mohamed Hankoura scored the hosts’ only goal in the 44th minute.
The title holders, who settled for second place in the third edition of the Arab Champions League, will next face Talae Al-Gaish at home in the round of 16.
Meanwhile, Harras Al-Hodoud qualified to the last 16 after beating Al-Shams 7-6 in a penalty shootout.
Harras Al-Hodoud were held to a 1-1 draw by Al-Shams, after Abdelhamid Basyouni grabbed the lead in the 50th minute and Abdel-Nasser Mohamed equalized in the 70th minute, before going to penalty shots.
The two clubs had to shoot 16 spot-kicks to settle the victory which went to Harras Al-Hodoud, who will next face Al-Mustakbal in the round of 16. The latter club beat Asyut Cement in the round of 32.
Kafr Al-Sheikh qualified to the round of 16 at the expense of Ghazl Mahalla after beating them 1-0 thanks to a Ahmed Al-Ashkar goal.
With this result, Ghazl Mahalla exit the tournament after being saved from relegation to the Egyptian league second-division last week
