Enppi have announced signing Ghazl Mahalla duo Reda Metwalli and Ahmed Al-Muhammadi on a five-year deal for 2.5-million EGP.

Al-Muhammadi and Metwalli signed for Enppi on Saturday at the club headquarters, Enppi football director Alaa Abdel-Sadek told FilGoal.com.

Ghazl Mahalla will receive 2.5-million EGP to release the players, whose fees have yet to be disclosed.

Metwalli, now 23 years old, excelled with the Egypt U-20 team that played in the 2003 FIFA U-20 World Cup in UAE and scored a goal against Argentina in the round of 16, before going on to scoring seven goals last season and becoming Ghazl Mahalla’s top-scorer.

Al-Muhammadi, on the other hand, scored two crucial goals for his side in the Egyptian league this season.

His first goal was in Ghazl Mahalla’s match against Ahli, while his second goal in Koroum’s net proved critical for the club, given that it saved them from relegation to the second-division.

Al-Muhammadi also scored an own-goal in the club’s match against Enppi in the league round-one.
