"The move to Zamalek will be sealed should the club respects the financial terms agreed in the contract even if Mansour was forced out of the presidency," Zaki told FilGoal.com.
Media reports said Mansour's foggy future as Zamalek chairman after his recent spat with the High Council of Sports (HCS) may block Zaki's move from Lokomotiv Moscow.
Mansour, a former MP, exchanged angry words with Ahli officials during Zamalek's 3-0 defeat in the Egyptian Cup final on Friday.
The tension escalated and security forces evacuated the main tribune of the Cairo International Stadium to protect top officials including a representative of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
On Saturday, the HCS impeached Mansour of Zamalek presidency and with the former MP pledging to fund the mega deal, mystery loomed over Zaki's future.
"I signed for Zamalek not for Mansour," the former Enppi forward said.
"But if Zamalek failed to deliver the first payment to Lokomtotiv within 15 days from the signing date, the contract will be terminated."
Zaki said he will meet with Zamalek acting president Raouf Gasser in the few coming days to confirm the deal.
