Zamalek president Mortada Mansour's case against the Egyptian High Council of Sports (HCS) has been postponed after judge Ahmed Shams Al-Din stepped down.
Mansour had filed a law suit to revoke HCS president Hassan Saqr's decision to suspend him from Zamalek's presidency.
Shams Al-Din's decision came after his impartiality was questioned by the defendants.
A new date will be set for the case and a verdict will be passed after a new judge presides over the hearing.
Mansour had stated earlier this week that he will resign from Zamalek's presidency even if the court rules in his favor.
