Inter Milan owner Massimo Moratti said his side are aiming to sign either Luca Toni, David Trezeguet or Zlatan Ibrahimovic to reinforce their attacking options for next season.

"Yes, the idea is to sign one from Trezeguet, Ibrahimovic and Toni," Calcio Italia magazine quoted Moratti as saying on Friday.

"We'll see who we can get seeing as they belong to Fiorentina and Juventus. We also need to find out the desire of the players as we can’t exactly make that decision for them."

Inter are looking for a striker to partner Brazilian Adriano upfront and the match-fixing scandal that rocked Italy could help them in their bid.

The Nerazzurri have expressed their interest in Fiorentina striker Toni, who was the Serie A top scorer last season, since before the World Cup finals.

The future of Juventus duo Trezeguet and Ibrahimovic with their club is uncertain as the Serie A champions are likely to be hit with the heaviest sanction.

"We need a striker but not one on loan, we want to buy one outright. Toni is definitely an objective, while the other two could become one," Moratti said.
