Hassan hits first Anderlecht strike

Egyptian international midfielder Ahmed Hassan scored his first goal for new club Anderlecht in a pre-season 4-1 defeat to German side Alemania Achen on Wednesday.

Egyptian international midfielder Ahmed Hassan scored his first goal for new club Anderlecht in a pre-season 4-1 defeat to German side Alemania Achen on Wednesday.

Hassan, who recently joined the Belgian champions from Turkish side Besiktas scored Anderlecht's only goal of the game in the 43rd minute before getting substituted during half time.

The former Ismaili man is due to play in Anderlecht's Belgian Super Cup game against Zulte Waregem next Saturday.
