The Dutch boss said h was sure that Ismaili to fend-off Ahli's interest in acquiring his services.
"The club's board is close to finalizing Abd-Rabou's deal," Wotte told FilGoal.com on Tuesday.
"We are not worried of Ahli's negotiations with him because the Egyptian wants to return to Ismaili," he added.
Ismaili president Yehia Al-Koumi will fly to France on Thursday to finalize the Egyptian international's move.
Abd-Rabou joined Strasbourg last season from Ismaili and put on a good display in the first half of the season.
But he was hit by a series of injuries that ruled him out of the African Cup of Nations and several matches in the French league.
After Strasbourg's relegation, he said he will either join another League 1 side or return to Egypt.
Meanwhile, the Dutch coach has confirmed that midfielder Mohamed Gouda is not a part of his plans for next season, preferring to sell him now in order to make some money off the transfer.
