Carlos has been linked with English champions Chelsea, but has reportedly accepted Fenerbahce's offer. Chelsea wants to replace Asier Del Horno, who joined Spain's Valencia.

The Brazilian, who quit international football following his country's exit from the World Cup, joined Real Madrid from Italy's Inter Milan in 1996.

Carlos won three League titles with the Spanish giants as well as three UEFA Champions League trophies.
