Al-Gamal undergoes urgent surgery

Ismailia – Yasser Al-Sherif: Ismaili midfielder Ahmed Al-Gamal had to undergo an urgent surgery due to a cut in his hands' veins.

Following a mid-week Ismaili friendly, Al-Gamal was moved to hospital after he fell over in the club's changing room cutting his veins, where he spent six hours in the operations room.

The surgery is set to keep Al-Gamal out of the game for an unknown period.

Meanwhile, newly signed Jordan keeper Amer Shafee has arrived to Egypt to start his training with Ismaili ahead of their League game against ENPPI on Monday.
