Ramzi told reporters on Monday that Saied's financial problems were solved and he will be ready to play against Ismaili.
Media reports have suggested Saied will play in midfield as Portuguese coach Manuel Cajuda prefers to keep the back-line trio of Wael Al-Qabani, Amr Al-Safti and Tamer Abdul-Wahab intact.
However, if Saied does play in defense then Al-Safti is most likely to be demoted to the bench.
Ramzi also confirmed Zaki was fit for Tuesday's game but said that coach Cajuda is yet to decide his starting line-up.
Zamalek are in 6th place in the league table on 10 points, six behind leaders Ismaili.
