Emam asked Cajuda for the reason behind leaving him out but the Portuguese manager refused to answer, the source told FilGoal.com on Saturday.
Cajuda also castigated his veteran midfielder, saying that Emam is just a player who has no right to question the coaching staff decisions, added the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Emam refused the manager's remarks but kept a cool head and avoided further reaction, according to the same source.
Cajuda had said earlier that Emam was sidelined because he was late for the pre-game training camp without permission.
Meanwhile, Zamalek-bond Mahmoud Abdul-Razek 'Shikabala' is set to send an official request to FIFA, demanding his contract with Greek side PAOK to be terminated.
Shikabala will explain that he has been called up to the Egyptian army and that he wouldn't be able to return to Greece for the next three years.
Zamalek have signed Shikabala on loan in September but couldn't register him because PAOK refused to send the transfer license.
The Greeks denied accepting the loan deal and banned the Egyptian winger till he links-up with the team.
