Juninho guides Lyon to victory, Real Madrid thrash Steaua

Brazilian international Juninho opened Lyon’s account from a 31st minute free kick before setting up Swedish midfielder Kim Kallstrom for a second seven minutes later and Florent Malouda for a third after the break.
The win fired Lyon to the summit of their Group E uncontested with 9 points while Dynamo remain rooted in last place with no points.
Juninho hit a clear-cut foul from the edge of the area into the top left corner of Dynamo’s goal to put the French champions ahead.
Seven minutes later Juninho picked out Kallstrom with a long ball which the Sweden international controlled and fired home past the hapless Lutsenko from a tight angle.
In the 50th minute, Malouda headed home from an inch-perfect Juninho corner-kick to seal the win for Lyon.
Elsewhere, Real Madrid grabbed their second win of the group when they beat Steaua 4-1 in Romania.
Sergio Ramos opened Real’s account with a deft header from a 10th minute header from a 10th minute corner.
Raul scored his 54th Champions League goal in the 34th minute when he pounced on Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s shot that rebounded from Steaua’s keeper for Real’s second.
Brazilian forward Robinho made it three for Real Madrid from a swift counter attack in the 56th minute.
Valentin Badea pulled one back for the home side in the 64th minute before Van Nistelrooy sealed the win with a fantastic looping ball in the 76th minute.
The win maintained Real’s second place in the group on 6 points while Steaua remain in third spot on 3 points.
