Joetex Frimpong opened the score in the 55th minute before Tarek Ziadi doubled the lead four minutes past the hour mark.
Zoubair Essafi added the third 10 minutes from time and Karim Nafti completed the rout in stoppage time.
The victory put Sfaxien in fifth place of the league table with nine points, five adrift of leaders US Monastir.
Egyptian champions Ahli will host Sfaxien in the first-leg of the African Champions League semi-final on the 29th of October while the second-leg will take place in Rades Stadium on November 12th.
