
Saudi club Al-Ittifaq and Kuwaiti outfit Qadsia are a shoe in the GCC Champions League after holding Salmeya of Kuwait and Al-Jazeera of UAE respectively in the first-leg of the semi-finals.
In Kuwait, Ittifaq grabbed a hard-fought 3-3 draw against Salmeya.
Nawaf Al-Otaibi scored a brace and Brazilian Jackaray added the third for Salmeya while Saleh Bashir netted a double and Khaled Swahili scored a goal for Ittifaq.
Meanwhile in UAE, Qadsia scored through Khallaf Al-Salamah and Nawaf Al-Muttari to draw with Al-Jazeera.
Both Al-Ittifaq and Qadsia need goalless draws in the second leg to advance to the final.
