"I have two and half years left on my contract and I'm concentrating my efforts with Werder," he told the club's official website on Tuesday.
Reports have linked Zidan with a return to Mainz, for whom he played on-loan last season.
"I still have friends in Mainz whom I'm in touch with, but I didn't talk with their coach or any official there because I'm not considering leaving Bremen.
"I want to succeed here," insisted Zidan.
The 24-year-old forward is currently recovering from an injury that has sidelined him for the past month, but Zidan is confident he can make his way back into Bremen's starting line-up.
"I'm confident of my abilities," he said.
"I know what I can do as soon as I'm fit again and when my chance comes, I'll take it," a determined Zidan added.
Zidan has currently returned to training with his teammates after recuperating and training individually for a while.
