Mohamed Omar has been reappointed as Ittihad Alexandria manager, replacing Serbian coach Slobodan Pavkovic, the club said.

Omar, currently in charge of Masri, will take over on Tuesday after officially parting ways with the Port Saied club.

He will be assisted by Mohamed Nour, Ahmed Sari while Magdi Bahloul will be the goalkeeping coach.

Pavkovic has been sacked after Ittihad bowed out of the Egyptian Cup and slumped to ninth place on 19 points.
