The Algerians were accused of physical and verbal attacks against the referee of their match and Nigerian Kwara United that ended in a 3-0 defeat in the CAF Cup 2nd round first leg.
The referee had some strange decisions and showed the red card twice to defender Hadj Moussa Coulibaly and keeper Marouane Abdouni.
Abdouni received a three-year ban, defender Kamel Bouacida was banned for 18 months while Ismail Chaoui, Hadjaj Fodil and Reda Babouche will be suspended for the next two matches organised by Caf.
Club president Adnan Khaled was also banned from attending Caf competititons for six months after invading the pitch and threatening the referee.
MC Algiers were fined US$20,000. The club have been given three days to appeal the decision this is while the CAF have made their report to FIFA in order to aggravate the sanctions.
MC Algiers, who are back to the African competitions for the first time in six years, were eliminated on penalties (5-6) as they could win back at home 3-0.
