Rizespor lose to drop in danger zone

Rizespor conceded another defeat 3-1 against Galatasaray in the Turkish league matchday 29 to drop to the 16th place of the table and face the fear of relegation.

Rizespor conceded another defeat 3-1 against Galatasaray in the Turkish league matchday 29 to drop to the 16th place of the table and face the fear of relegation.

Altay Aksoy opened the scoring for Rizespor(28) but they were severely punished by the home side through a brace from Necati Ates (42, 48) and a goal from Umit Karan (54).

Egyptian defender Beshir Al-Tabie played the whole 90 minutes for Rizespor while his team-mate Ibrahim Saied was out of the squad for this game.

Rizespor are now 16th of the 18 team table with 32 points only.
