The visitors took a 20th minute lead through Ahmed Al-Bateyna, but Wehdat came back in the second half with a 70th minute strike from Awad Ragheb and a late goal from Hassan Abdul-Fattah in the 94th minute.
Wehdat are in charge of the table with 41 points, eight points clear off second-placed Al-Baq'a, and nine points over third-placed Al-Faisali who have two games in hand.
Arab Champions League (ACL) finalists, Faisali, suffered a surprise 2-0 home defeat on Saturday at the hands of mid-table Al-Hussein, to freeze on 32 points.
Faisali's nine-point gap with Wehdat make their chances of being champions in great doubt despite having two games in hand including a clash with the leaders.
