Could Sheva wear Milan's jersey again?
AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi said his club's door is 'wide open' for the return of Ukranian striker Andriy Shevchenko, who plies his trade for Chelsea.

After a very successful seven-year spell with the Italian outfit, Shevchenko opted to join three-time English champions Chelsea in the off-season.

However, he couldn’t produce the form that once saw him named Europe’s best footballer.

"I know that he would like to return to Milan. We will see, he knows that the doors are not just ajar, they're wide open," Berlusconi told Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport on Saturday.

"He has some problems now and I am sorry that he was knocked out of the Champions League this week."

Chelsea have won just the Carling Cup so far and have a chance of securing another piece of silverware if they beat Manchester United in the FA Cup final on May 19th.

They were eliminated from the UEFA Champions League at the hands of Liverpool and their Premiership hopes look slim as United are on the brink of ending the Blues’ hopes of winning a third successive title.
