The club’s official website has revealed that the board agreed terms with the French tactician who was in charge of Club Africain during the past season.
The 52-year-old coach had an impressive season with Club Africain despite finishing at the second place four points behind the Champions Etoile du Sahel.
Marchand was a former coach of Stade de Rennes (Fra) and Guingamp (Fra) before landing in Tunisia in 2005.
