"Gabriel has ended his cycle at Zaragoza and his position on this issue will not change. He will leave and he will leave for Juventus," Gamarink told Spanish newspaper AS.
"The previous management reached an agreement with us last year and even if the officials have changed in the meantime, they have to keep that promise."
Juventus have set their eyes on acquiring the services of the Argentinean defender in order to rebuild their squad in the wake of their promotion to the Serie A after a one-year spell in the lower division due to their part in the match-fixing scandal.
The Bianconeri have already secured the signatures of Bayern Munich midfielder Hasan Salihamidzic and Ajax Amsterdam defender Zdenek Grygera and are chasing the third acquisition.
"Juventus are in a hurry to close the deal as they have been waiting for some time and we appreciate this."
"In about a week or 10 days everything should be resolved. I insist on the fact that Gabriel has ended his time here," Gamarink added.
