The press conference which was due to be held on Saturday to unveil Zamalek's new signing Khaled Saad has been called off due to the player's international commitments.

"Jordan's Egyptian coach Mahmoud Al-Gohari is holding a preparation camp for a regional competition so Saad has to link up with his teammates," Zamalek board member Ahmed Tawfik Hafez told FilGoal.com on Friday.

"Saad arrived in Cairo on Friday morning to undergo the medical but will return to Jordon later in the day."

Jordan kick off their WAFF West Asian Championship campaign, which will take place on home soil, against Syria on the 18th of June.

Zamalek have announced last week the signing of the combative left-back on a two-year deal for $410,000 to the player.

Saad is the third player to join Zamalek in the off-season following the arrival of Masri defender Karim Zekri and Rizespor's Beshir Al-Tabie.
