Saied said that the mayor of the city of Rize decided to sack the club board after the disappointing league campaign last season.
"The previous board has been sacked upon the mayor's order," Saied told FilGoal.com.
"The new board placed a number of players on the transfer list, and I am one of them,"
Rize were an inch closer to relegation last season but they managed to survive by just one point as they were fortunate to see rivals Antalyaspor lose at home in the final day.
Saied revealed that he will consider his options for next season as he is linked with moves inside and outside Turkey.
"I received an offer from the recently-promoted Istanbul BB and was approached by Saudi club Al-Wehda but I prefer to stay in Turkey," he added.
"I spoke to my Turkey-based Egypt teammates Abdul-Zaher Al-Saqqa (Konyaspor) and Ayman Abdul-Aziz (Trabzonspor) about the possibility to join their teams."
Saied, who joined Rize in January, has persistently expressed his desire to return to his old club Ahli but the Egyptian champions turned down the opportunity to sign him.
