Oman beat Saudi Arabia ahead of Asia Cup

Oman beat Saudi Arabia 3-1 on penalties after the full time ended on a 1-1 draw in a friendly held in Singapore on Sunday ahead of the Asian Nations Cup set to kick off on July 7th.

Oman beat Saudi Arabia 3-1 on penalties after the full time ended on a 1-1 draw in a friendly held in Singapore on Sunday ahead of the Asian Nations Cup set to kick off on July 7th.

Mohamed Al-Shalhoub puts Saudi Arabia in front at the 55th minute but not for too long as Fawzi Bashir scored the equalizer five minutes later. The game went to penalties and Oman won it 3-1.

Otherwise United Arab Emirates beat Korea 1-0 thanks to a goal from Youssef Gaber in the 52nd minute.

Asia Cup is set to kick off on July 7th and the games will be held in Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia.
