Garcia Ramos scored the fourth for the Spaniards, while Jordan's goals were scored by Loiy Al-Zaideh and Abdullah Salem.

Jordan, who are the only Arab representative in the big event, are shown the door as they finished bottom of Group B on one point, while Spain are in charge of the group with seven.

Elsewhere in the group, Zambia beat Uruguay 2-0 to book their last 16 place, Uruguay, who have four points, also go through as one of four best third-placed nations.

Another African team joined Zambia into the next round, as Nigeria finished second of Group F on seven points after a goalless draw with Japan, who also have seven points and qualified as group leaders.
