The competition's holders failed to hold on to their lead after they conceded an 89th minute free kick goal, and Osim was absolutely enraged to the extent that left his translator in tears.
"Osim was in a rage," midfielder Nakamura told reporters.
"He said he was a professional and prepared to put his life on the line and that we should do the same, he called us amateurs. His interpreter was in tears and couldn't translate most of it."
The 66-year-old Bosnian refused to accept any excuses for the even score line, which he believes could cost the team later.
"It was hot and it was humid but we still should have finished the job, we won't know how much damage this draw has done until the end of the group stage," Osim said.
Co-hosts Vietnam are in charge of Group B after their impressive 2-0 win over UAE in the group opener.
