Konyaspor midfielder Mohamed Abdullah will train with Ismaili starting from next week after failing to join his teammates in their European tour due to visa problems.

“I asked the technical staff and the administration of the club to train with the team for the next two weeks to get in shape for the next season,” said the former Ahli and Ismaili player.

The Turkish based side, where Abdullah and Abdul-Zaher Al-Saqqa play, will camp in Germany and Netherlands for the next two weeks in their pre-season campaign.

But the duo Egyptian won’t make it as their visa request will take two weeks before being granted because of the strict security procedures concerning the Arab travelers.

“I chose Ismaili because I still have a very good relationship with the technical staff and the players.”

Abdullah moved to Ahli from Ismaili in 2005 and then was transferred to Konyaspor in January 2007 after failing to establish himself as a regular starter in Manuel Jose’s formation.
