Al-Qabani told FilGoal.com that two clubs from United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia are interested in his services but refused to name any of them.
Al-Qabani was surprisingly left out of the team's squad for the next season, despite traveling to France with his teammates for the pre-season training camp.
Zamalek have taken the decision after signing three natural centre backs in Beshir Al-Tabie, Karim Zekri and Khaled Saad to reshuffle the shaky backline which disturbed the Cairo giants' displays in the past three seasons.
The 30-year-old said that if Zamalek had made their decision in an earlier date, he would have had more time to consider his options.
Ismaili football director Sayed Abdul-Razeq said yesterday his side are targeting Al-Qabani but the player stated he is highly unlikely to join the Dervishes.
"Any move to Ismaili now will be a risk because they currently lack stability," he said.
"Tersana have also offered me the opportunity to join them but their ambitions do not match mine and their financial offer does not suit me."
Al-Qabani joined Zamalek from Aswan in 1999 where he won three Egyptian League titles, one CAF Champions League and one Egyptian Cup.
