German side Hamburg, where Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidan plays, reached the UEFA Cup first round after beating Hungarian side Honved 4-0 on Thursday.

German side Hamburg, where Egyptian striker Mohamed Zidan plays, reached the UEFA Cup first round after beating Hungarian side Honved 4-0 on Thursday.

Jose Paolo Guerrero hit a double, 10, 39, plus two second- half goals from Miko Smiljanic, 51, and Choupo-Moting, 90 to register the big victory.

Mohamed Zidan was sidelined and didn’t contribute to the victory.

Hamburg got through to the first round with 4-0 aggregate as the first leg ended with a goalless draw.
