Ahli agreed to loan out recent signing Ahmed Fathi for three months to Kuwaiti side Kazma, two weeks after the Egypt defender signed for the Reds.

Fathi is ineligible to play for the Egyptian champions until January, and marketing manager Adli Al-Qaeyi confirmed that a 3-month loan deal with Kazma is set be finalized.

"Fathi will fly to Kuwait on Wednesday to complete the move, the deal should be finalized soon because the deadline in Kuwait is today," Al-Qaeyi told FilGoal.com.

Al-Qaeyi also conceded that Fathi's former club Sheffield United will send his transfer license directly to the Kuwaiti club.

The 23-year-old joined Ahli in a 4-year deal worth £675,000 after one season with the Blades, who were relegated from the Premiership last term.
