After 27 successive passes, Raul Tamudo released Sergio Ramos and the Real Madrid defender coolly chipped the ball over Denmark keeper to help Spain claim a 3-1 victory.
"This is obviously how we should play, but keeping the ball," the midfielder was quoted as saying by Spanish daily Marca on Monday.
"It is more of a technical style than a physical one, where maintaining possession is crucial and using the wings a lot. It is the style of football that we try and use at Barcelona too."
Despite struggling in the early Group F matches, Spain have edged closer to secure their place in Euro finals in Switzerland and Austria.
They lie on top of the group with 22 points, three ahead of second-placed Sweden, who have two games in hand.
Northern Ireland, who played a game less than Spain, are third on 16 points. The top two teams in each group qualify directly to Europe's greatest showpiece.
