The "Mohammed Bin Rashid International Football Championship" is set to be staged in Dubai next January and offers a total prize of $2.5 million.
Ayman Mansour, Zamalek football director, told FilGoal.com that manager Ruud Krol welcomed the invitation.
The board of directors are due to accept the invitation.
"Krol believes games against two of the world's best clubs are better preparation than playing domestic sides," Mansour said.
The Egyptian League will be halted in January as the Pharaohs defend in Ghana their African title.
Dubai host the tournament for the second successive year. Bayern Munich, Lazio, Marseille and Benfica featured in the first edition with the Portuguese side winning gold.
Two games will be played on January fifth and two games on seventh. The winners earn $one million.
