Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Esteban Cambiasso scored two goals apiece as Inter Milan came from a two-goal down to defeat CSKA Moscow 4-2 at San Siro in the UEFA Champions League.

The visitors astonishingly went two-up, thanks to goals from Brazilian duo Vagner Love and Jo.

However, Ibrahimovic and Cambiasso put in superb displays to help Inter overcome the brave Russians.

Inter are on top of Group G with nine points, one ahead of second-placed Fenerbahce, who defeated PSV Eindhoven 2-0.

Dutch side Eindhoven lie third on four points while CSKA have been knocked out as they rooted to the bottom with just one point.

Jo, who scored against Inter two weeks ago in Russia, stunned the home crowd in the 23rd minute.

The Brazilian exchanged passes with his compatriot Love and unleashed a powerful left-footed shot that went into the bottom corner of the net.

Love turned from provider to scorer in the 31st minute when he latched on to a long ball inside the area, got the better of Ivan Cordoba and Olivier Dacourt and smashed home.

The shocking score line could have damaged Inter players' morale but the Nerazzurri reacted just one minute after conceding the second.

Left unmarked in the CSKA area, Ibrahimovic got to the end of Cristian Chivu's free-kick to poke home from close range.

Cambiasso leveled the score two minutes later after Crespo stepped over a through pass, which went into the path of the Argentinean midfielder to slot home.

The former Real Madrid put the hosts ahead six minutes past the hour mark when he received Julio Cruz's superb back-heel to fire a low drive into the back of the net.

Ibrahimovic put the icing on the cake in the 75th minute with a stunning strike.

The Swede turned Anton Grigoriev and unleashed an unstoppable shot into the top corner of the net.
