Al-Siliya's officials are set to open talks with Ahli in a few days, the paper reported on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the club's vice-president Abdullah Al-Eida said that new signing Gomaa will arrive on Saturday to pass the medicals and sign the contracts.
"He will strengthen our defense and will attract the Egyptians fans to watch us and give us some support," added Al-Eida.
"Gomaa is set to arrive on Saturday and join the training on Monday."
