Arsenal keeper Jens Lehmann is seriously considering a move back to Germany after his son was subjected to racist taunts.
"My son was playing rugby when someone from the opposition team told him you are a bloody German Nazi," Lehmann told German paper Tagesspiegel on Thursday.
The 38-year-old guardian couldn’t regain his starting berth with Arsenal after recovering from a lengthy injury lay-off. Manuel Almunia took his place between the sticks.
He has been linked with a move away from The Gunners to boost his chances of being Germany's first-choice keeper in Euro 2008.
Wolfsburg were leading the race for his signature but it now seems that Borussia Dortmund have the better chance to acquire his services.
Dortmund keeper Roman Weidenfeller has undergone a shoulder injury and will be ruled out of action for three months.
