Deco joined Barcelona from Porto in 2004 and helped his club win two Primera Liga titles and one UEFA Champions League triumph.

Barcelona ended last season trophyless and Deco is not willing to have another underachieving experience.

"Playing for Barca is a dream came true. I came here and succeeded," Spanish paper Sport quoted Deco as saying.

"But this is my fourth season and, while it's been fantastic, if we don't win anything, and things don't go well, I'm leaving."

However, the 30-year-old prefers to put the matter on hold until the end of the season.

"I don't want to think about leaving because I hope that things go well," he added.
