During the past days, Pato has been dubbed Milan's savior, with the European champions going through one of their worst domestic campaigns ever.
They have 18 points from 14 games and are placed 12th in the Italian League table.
Milan manager Carlo Ancelotti said if Pato played competitive games like he does in training, he could score 30 goals from January till June.
"We will see if my first goal comes this weekend," he added.
"Right now I am very relaxed and happy to be a Milan player who has the chance to face Napoli."
The Duck joined the Rossoneri last summer for £10m from Internacional but wasn't eligible to play as he only turned 18 in September.
